Who We Are
We are an organization of people interested in studying the American Civil War. We are dedicated to the study, promotion and preservation of the history, artifacts and sites of the Rebellion that bound our individual and contiguous states into a great nation: The United States of America.  We hold monthly meetings with speakers, host discussions groups, sponsor trips to historic sites, and support and encourage historic preservation.
The
American Civil War
1861 - 1865
In 1788, thirteen of the former British colonies in North America joined together to create a new nation.  Seventy two years later, in December of 1860, that young nation began to come apart.  The war that resulted was the bloodiest event in American history and changed the nation forever.  Come share our passion for one of the defining moments in our national experience.
